Since Vietnam joined Trans-Pacific Partnership (CPTPP) in 2000, it has become increasingly popular for many businesses to start outsourcing from Vietnam to enjoy the benefit of a Zero-Tariff on goods trade to many countries. In 2019, Good Luck Furniture Industrial (GLK) decided to expand overseas, and we invested multi-million dollars in building our first Vietnam production plant that covers an area of 215,000 square feet. This plant focus on making metal parts, such as height adjustable standing desk frame and hardware accessories. So far, we have hired more than 200 employees and a professional group of engineers.
We have also completed multiple production lines with machinery such as laser cutting machines, robot welding machines, and powder coating machines, among other equipment. As a result, our production capacity has increased by 35%, enabling us to produce 120 more 40 ft higher cube containers per month.
